Intro… Husband and wife are relaxing on the sofa.
Husband: So, you love Bamigbe more than our other children?
Wife: Yes, I love her more than the others we have.
Husband: But why?
Wife: Because she looks like my mother and she is well behaved.
Husband: Are the others not well behaved and don’t they look like me?

Wife: I have given you my reasons. Leave it that way.
Husband: I quite understand that almost everyone and every parent have their favourites.
Wife: I am happy you agree.
Husband: But you have to show equal love to all of them.
Wife: How?
Husband: Give all of them equal opportunity to everything.
Wife: How?
Husband: You do not even need to show that you have special interest in any child. It can result to envy from others. It can lead to harm for the child.
Wife: Really?

Husband: Many parents have had issues with their children later in life because they were not their favourites when they were growing up. It is a bad idea.
Wife: I now understand. Despite that we all have favourites among ou=r children, we do not need to show it.
Husband: Yes, you got the gist.
Wife: Thank you.

It's not right but it is happening in some homes.

Parents should love all their children equally because it can strengthen the home.

It is impossible not to....but never voice it out or show it in your conduct. Any soul that says otherwise is just trying to be clever by half.

There must always be a favorite because we're humans. But endeavor not to make it obvious because E go fit cause enmity amongst the children oooo.
I discover say parents dey prefer either the first or the last child. The middle pikin dey be like stranger for the house atimes, but not in all cases sha.

I don talk am before and I go talk am again, "the day I go mistakenly born girl pikin, I go ****"

If you have, please hide it. Try and hide it very well. Stop producing traumatic children for society to deal with later in life.

Not right, but if you have, don't show it. It will affect the other children.
