Farooq Kperogi can sit in America and be judging people who are here in the furnace under the hammer. It’s sooo easy to criticise from a distance. Exactly. His opinion is worth nothing. Most of the Nigerian elite, business, professional and educated class are very arrogant and emptily pompous.

The biggest tragedy is that many of them, for all their 'know it all' noise, are embarrassingly disconnected from the Streets and the on-ground reality of Nigeria.

This same guy, if prompted to name his own candidate, will take flights of fantasy to begin mentioning the likes of Moghalu who got 30k votes compared to Atiku's over 11 million votes in the 2019 election.

If the elite and educated class of Nigeria were realistic, tactile and hands on, as say those of the UK are, then Nigeria would be a far, far better nation today.
