Yesterday someone was asking me what I had for breakfast. Couldn't help but laugh! Lately highest is twice a day and you have to run a very nice timetable

First meal should be around 1pm
Two swallow and one meat


Second meal around 8pm
Bread 150 beans 150

And when you can only afford just a meal for the day then try consuming so much water till like 7pm then chow


When was the last time you had complete three square meal? Breakfast lunch and dinner

We are only ranting,we are not taking action.
If we can unite just like that EndSars protest,we should protest against hardship.
We should shut down all working places except emergency services i.eHospitals,fire stations.Block all major roads.

I eat 1 big meal a day and just stay hydrated for the rest of the day. This is by choice though because if I eat 3 times a day I will gain a lot of weight because my energy output is very low.

Sorry I had to laugh... You know what happened during the lock down yeah ? I was in abuja. I was lucky to have a godfather who had mad connections..

The company I was working was just paying us our basic salary but as per the connect I had with that that man that three months we stayed at home was one of my best months.. The money and stuffs I had access to was beyond normal imagination.

The whole refugee camps shey you know how much your so called government dey get? { make we just leave am}

Na the masses or the average man go suffer most if we tend to shut down the economy..

Didn't you withdraw money from the bank during that period?It was someone that was loading in those monies.
There were lots of workers whose work weren't halted.

It will affect us but if we can endure for sometime and be free later,it won't be a bad idea.
