Some debtors are wicked. Debtor telling his creditor to draft letter of agreement as if both of them do business together.

Na so one man carry my money travel out, he come dey tell me he will pay back when he comes back in few months time.

I just jejely told him I hand over Jim and anybody that used that goods he bought from me to God and stopped disturbing him.

Nobody told him to send my money to me after that.

One supposedly friend of mine that bought something from me last year when he was jobless and broke, he promised to pay when he gets a job, as a friend I gave him that benefit.
Now he don get job, na me dey beg him to pay me my money.
I won't disturb him, I will travel to his location report to his people and then head to his place of work on the next working day and give him a big surprise action, my money will definitely come out that day. I don't care if them sack because that guy is a big ingrate.

this is why I don't have an iota of pity for people who are being pursued or embarrassed by loan sharks.

A lot of nigerians are not credit worthy. They will disturb you till infinity for loan but will now form oga just to pay back the loan.

simple draft the letter, but make it #150k for 3 months

Did the poster draft any agreement with the debtor that he can tender in court before sending him the 750k? No!
I'm sure the debtor is a guy like him and he sent it based on trust, now look at the outcome. He's even lucky he didn't send people to kill him to cover up the debt.
