I'm of the opinion that FCCPC is not serious at all about ridding Nigeria of illegal loan companies. FCCPC don't even need Google or Apple to delete their apps from the app stores when FCCPC hasn't done the underground work. The underground work involves bringing to book the owners of the bank accounts that the loan sharks operate from, fishing the accounts they have with WEMA bank, Sterling Bank, Zenith Bank, Paystack, or flutterwave etc. Without blocking these bank accounts and doing the underground work, these loan sharks can create new apps if they get deleted from the Playstores.

Action Steps:
1. Engage the EFCC and banks. Let them trace the company bank accounts that receive these money. Freeze the accounts and go after the account holders. Victims usually have accounts they pay money into. Fccpc should invite paystack, wema bank, sterling bank and others.

2. Warn the Public about working for loan shark companies. If you're caught you will be arrested and tried for accomplice

3. Place bounty on the loan sharks. If you report their offices and place of hiding you will get rewarded handsomely and your privacy protected

4. Get MTN, GLO etc to reveal the owners of the accounts who own the phone numbers they use for calls and harassment

5. Ask victims to list down the names and account numbers of these loan sharks.

There has been hardship before the loan companies came into the country and we've been surviving. There might still be hardship without the loan sharks and we'll still survive it. No need to sham us or rub us of our dignity, privacy and humanity as the loan sharks are doing. The loan sharks aren't solving any problems rather they are increasing opportunities for Nigerians to be addicted to a circle of borrowing even when they know very well most of their customers and prospectives are jobless and will not pay back their outrageously short loan terms and hefty interest. These guys are just soo wicked.

If you're working for them please know that you're even worse than the guy who borrowed and didn't have just enough time to pay back. You're aware of their illegal operations in the country and working there because of the salary. You're equal to a skull miner who beheads someone just for the money

Nairalanders If you have their account numbers let's list them here. This is our country. Let's do what we can within our powers and abilities.
