Buhari is the petroleum minister that couldn't repair , replace Nigeria refineries capacity. He has failed to increase Nigeria crude oil production with has fallen from close to 3 million b/d to 1.24 million b/d today. Agricultural production is a mirage due to insecurity and poor roads. Inflation is skyhigh.
