the suspect is my elder brother he was staying with us before not anymore and his house is not far from our house and he know everyone movement what he normally do is that he would go our mother shop and take the key to our house without anyone knowledge. I kept the phone and some other thing inside my bag he has been taking thing inside the bag that it would be later found in his house.I dont have his pic but I can lead then to his door step

This is a tricky one as you don’t have hard evidence.

Gamble this, look for some friendly police officers and tell them exactly what you wrote above. They will need to pick up your brother and tell him that a stolen phone was tracked to him, threaten him with jail and see if he will confess. It’s a gamble but may be worth it. Please be clear with the officers that you don’t want your brother tortured, I can’t emphasize on that enough.

Like I said earlier, this is a tricky one and the suspect being your brother makes it the more complicated.

If I’m to be in your shoes, I’d forego the said phone for the sake of posterity. I’d use this experience to implement security measures that will ensure that such incident doesn’t happen again.

he has been doing this to me for long.that is how my phone would miraculously disappear inside the house. he believe i would just rant 2 or 3 day everything would die now so he feel embolden to do more but this one that happen i want to back my ranting with action this thing happen march 13 i just cant let go
