How To Strike A Partnership Deal by ORAFA(m): 4:56pm On Apr 10, 2022 |
Hello business community. I am in serious need of information, if possible in layman's terms. I'll ask my questions below. I'm numbering them for easy reply. You don't have to quote the whole text. 1. How do you negotiate a partnership with a foreign company? For example, to be the sole distributor of a product in Nigeria. 2. If they're open to partnering with you, what next do you do? 3. What roles should I get them to play in terms of promotional materials and office design? 4. How do I source for funding? I'm asking all these because I have offers from about 3 companies to be the sole distributor of their products in Nigeria. One is a tech company, one an automobile accessories company, and a drink company. I really do not know where to start. The tech company has already sent me a distributor price list to make my first purchase. Lastly, my very big question is the whole concept of a startup company. The funding series, and all those other confusing terms they use. Thank you. naijacutee, puskin, FOD, dominique |
