As Western sanctions bite Russia, serious countries are re-assessing the vulnerability of their countries to sanctions.

India, China, Iran, Saudi Arabia, etc are strengthening and diversifying their finance structures to reduce vulnerability, ... but Nigeria is nowhere. Nigeria doesn't care. Buhari and his team of braindead ministers are incapable of pro-active thinking.
And the CBN is led by dummies. I don't know who cursed Nigeria with Dumbo leaders.

What if all Nigerian banks, like Russia, are cut off from the SWIFT payment system. What happens?? Can Ngr survive?

What if All Nigeria's foreign reserves are frozen, like Russia. What happens?

What if the CBN is denied access to the dollar, Euro & Pound for Intl trade, what happens??

What if Visa and MasterCard blocks 200million Nigerian cards?? What happens??


Serious countries are diversifying, using China's UnionPay to complement Visa and MasterCard and reduce vulnerability to western sanctions, but Nigeria's is nowhere.

Rather than formulate policies that Nigerian Bank should issue 40% of their cards with UnionPay, Nigeria's CBN is sleeping, led by a buffoun Emefiele.

Rather than keep 50% of our foreign reserves in Yuan to avoid All getting frozen, Nigeria's CBN is sleeping.

While serious countries seek to trade in other currencies, bypassing the dollar, Nigeria's CBN is sleeping.

Why can't Nigeria also use China's CIPS payment as backup to SWIFT.

We are a nation cursed with leadership.
Do we think we are not vulnerable to western sanctions. If Russia and China can be sanctioned, why not Nigeria.

What is the role of the CBN in national financial risk management? And our finance minister who is only good at Borrowing.
