It happened on Feb 12th 2022 I wanted to pay balance of my house rent, the network was bad and the caretaker was highly disturbing due to late payment, I tried ussd code to forward the money to him proof abortive and he believed I was lying when I told him about the network racketeer.
I was forced to use POS to transfer it, 30k was deducted from me not received by beneficiary nor credited to the pos operator, I complained and was told to wait for 24 hours it came and gone the money hung.
4 days after I went to Saki zenith Bank branch I was told to fill a dispense error form and told to wait for 10 working days the days went and nothing happened.
I went to that same branch more than 4 times still telling me to be patient and was asked to send my complaint to their mail which I did up to 10 messages different days no positive response except "we're attending to your issue and would soon be rectified".
I called customer care center up to 4 times still same story.
What I passed through from the caretaker was unexplainable before gotten him paid elsewhere.
I was duped of 10k when I complained on their Twitter handle a scammer responded with their duplicated account and asked my details which made me to be defrauded of 10k. I made them known all these and still yet my money is not yet reversed.

Pls help me out today makes 60 days of holding my 30k without reversal.

Go to the bank and complain, disturb/call your bank customer care. Same thing happened to me last month and it took seven days b4 I go my money back

1. Are you sure the landlord did not later get the first money that you sent? If so...
2. Go to the bank, don't behave like a gentle man, make sure you go well prepared, shout, make scene, off cloth, your money will be refunded same day (tested & confirmed several times)
3. Please I want to know the means by which you were defrauded 10k again, you sent money to bank or what, too sad, sorry

1 : the bank itself confirmed that the money is hanging
2 : that's my problem, I'm somehow soft
3: I was asked to give my ATM last 6 digits and an otp was sent and asked me to forward it which I did the next thing is debit alert. They duplicate zenith official page you could not differentiate
