You & Sarkin Yarki are not entirely correct.

When I lived in Surulere (during Tinubu's time) and Ketu (during Fashola & Ambode) we had Tap water running in our houses. We paid water bills. Also tap water at Ikoyi (Awolowo rd) where I worked.

Granted Tap water may atimes not be available but water came daily, unless the Water Corporation had issues.

Not compared to Europe though where their water system is very effective.
