PIZZA MAKING (quick guide)


Ingredients for baking the pizza dough:
- flour,
- butter,
- instant yeast,
- sugar,
- milk/vanilla flavor,
- water.

Ingredients for making the pizza hot sauce:
- Tomatoes,
- Fresh pepper,
- Maggi,
- Salt,
- Groundnut oil,
- Chili pepper.

Ingredients for making your tasty pizza:
-Carrot,
-Cheese,
-Onions,
- Hotdog,
- Fresh tomatoes,
- Chicken,
- Green peas,
- Sweet corn,
- Chicken/beef
- Green ball pepper,
- Red pepper,
- Yellow pepper


PROCEDURES

1. Mix yeast, milk, and sugar in lukewarm water and stir till it’s properly combined. Mix flour and butter separately until it gets dissolved, then add the yeast mixture into the flour and mix thoroughly till it gets soft and fluffy. Cover and keep in a cool dry place for 15 minutes. Cut into relevant shapes.

2. Blend tomatoes, fresh pepper, chili pepper, and onions till it turns to paste, fry the paste and add your desired cubes and seasoning.


3. Grate cheese, carrot, chopped onion, chopped hotdog, sliced beef or chicken into chunks, sliced peppers, and tomatoes into the desired style.


Spread hot sauce on the surface of the dough, add cheese, onion, carrot, hot dog, green peas, sweet corn, chicken chunks, chili pepper, green-ball pepper, tomatoes, and the remaining cheese, bake for 10-15minutes and enjoy your yummy pizza.
