Seeing how the guy is defending and insisting that it is not scam, it is obvious he is the scammer. He is the one that asked the question and still the one responding in defense. See his colleagues asking him to remove one osagie email meaning they are in it together. The idea was to use the email to back his fraud scheme to make it believable and use the traffic from unwise nairaland to gain more trusts from victims.
Thats true actually

DSS chairman

They've deleted their tweets.
Are they suspects too?

It's how we lose opportunities calling everything scam.

I applied for it
Got a text
Came here and others got the text
Number in text said I should go to office
Would they scam me in their office?

Really? So it is too heavy for them to type "visit any of our branches for more details" but easier to type "call this number to claim your fund" only to be asked to visit any of their branches after making the said call. Since you guys are talking about osagie, he must have been the insider working with you scammers. If you are a beneficiary, it is obvious you are a fraudulent beneficiary too who has an insider put you in the list, reason why advocating that some one contact be removed.

Bad market for scammers. The next line of action was to call a number to claim your fund. Now they are trying so hard to save face by saying any number they call should direct them to a genuine lapo branch. In other words, a non genuine lapo branch exist. You guys know what you at doing. How come you have over 10 tweets within an hour to distract people by trying to engage them with irrelevant topics.
Your plans was to scam early birds before the due process goes public. How comes your IT guys are not aware of the project. Now you are and your colleagues are directing your expected victims to "a genuine lapo branch" because your details were spilled. Saving faces.

I got the same message too. I think it might be for real. What we all should do is, visit the nearest LAPO mfb and get full brief.
I can verify that this message is for real. I have been to LAPO zonal office in my state and it's working.
First is to open an account, then the process begins.

NYIF/ LAPOMFB is real. Please if you receive this message, kindly walk into any of the LAPO branch. I received the message last week and i walked into one of their branch in Ibadan, i was given an account opening form which i filled with all my details. I submitted 2 passport photo, Nepa bill, Means of Identification and copy of my BVN printed from my bank. After some minutes a man called me and ask some questions about my business, resident address, telephone number and date of birth, i make sure i answered correctly and after the conversation, he said your loan is approved with #250,000. and by first week in May the money will drop in my new account with LAPOMFB. Then i said thank you sir,

Please, don't discourage anyone, if you received the message kindly walk into any of the LAPOMFB and start your process. All the best to everyone.

Call the number given to you by LAPO... I will advise everyone that got the SMS... Go and collect your money oh.....before it enters voicemail..... I have gone to LAPO microfinance and processed mine... Mine was under SME which is 450k...
Note::: when you get to the recommended branch ensure to check ur name under SME list and INDIVIDUAL list... Because the funding is classified into two different list... Individual and SME.....

I equally filled the form yesterday and they confirmed my details on their system but they didn't tell me the day they money will drop and I have not gotten my account number. The guy on Facebook said he got his account number and money together a day after he did documentation.
