I think is hard time ladies start practicing water birth which i believe is more easier than the contrasts natural childbirth in the hospital or at home,and the good part of it is that is not even painful at all,is like you are urinating and the same time catching your baby yourself,what a fantastic way of giving birth. ok if you doubt me please Views these videos of water birth. It also includes an unassisted home water birth, wherein the mother gives birth at home with no medical professionals in attendance,catching her baby herself.

i watched a water birth on the girlfriends sitcom and it seemed as painful as a hospital one.

but the water might be soothing- i dont know.

Water is very soothing. It takes the edge off the contractions. Have you ever been sick with a flu and laid in a bath? Its kinda like that. There is still much pain but that varies according to how well the woman copes. Its important to focus and stay on top of the conttractions.
