Same when Obama came into power.
Some medical researchers ( If I could recall), were arrested and sentenced to death by Gaddafi. Reason: in the name of research, they were infecting Libyan babies directly with HIV! And they were bailed by the UK instead of allowing these baby killers to die. Does anyone still remember the drug testing that crippled many village northerners between 2000-2005?

That's our money that could've been invested in research and treatment of malaria that is affecting us. Ned need to stop looking good overseas for investors to experiment on and exit us. Why can't we standardize a cure?.... how do those living in the jungle... in the heart of malaria country... survive?... and been surviving for hundreds of years? Why not look to them and not to the Whites?
We have a bigger problem than malaria... may take a few generations to eradicate.
