Jesus Christ never said speaking to tongues was evidence for Baptism of the Holy Spirit. Instead He said it is evidence that one believes in Him - Mark 16 vs 15 - 17.

And He, Jesus Christ was clear that what He referred to was not the speaking in gibberish which is typical with Churchians today. No, He meant actual speaking of a language one was never trained in.

Your question is a rather inane one this since you assume Spirits need to communicate in different languages much like humans do.

A better question would be "are languages constructs for the benefit of spirits or to humans?"
