A video making the rounds online shows the moment a lady turned down her boyfriend’s public proposal. In the now viral video, the couple were at an outdoor food spot in Sandton, South Africa, but while the woman was busy with the store attendant, her man dropped down on one knee to propose. Instead of being ecstatic with the proposal, she acted enraged and expressed her disapproval with the public proposal. It wasn’t clear whether she declined because it was a public proposal or there was an underlining reason why she turned him down, she simply left him on his knee and stormed out of the mall.
