Guys over some months now I have developed this things for a female colleague of mine in my office. Find it hard to contain, but find it hard to express still. She on the other hand is already in a rlntship and she confides in me abt stuffs. We r really dat close, But now i have fallen for my friend. I can understand your friendship is at stake and your feelings also is at stake. Well, I don't know how long this has been going on, but maybe your so called feelings aren't genuine enough. It is very possible you are feeling for her just because she's close to you or she shares her personals with you. Trust me, our ladies these days are smarter. She might have known you're beginning to like her and she might withdraw if she doesn't like the idea. But I must tell you, preserve you friendship no matter what.
This is what you can do; give positive advices to her to the best of your capability without being biased. Every lady admires a guy that wants the best for her. Position yourself as an ideal guy that listens to her, helps her and also lets her know that you feel a lot comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences with her because she just understands you and she's obedient. Naturally, you'll score high on her thoughts and who knows, she might see the angel in you.
But please, don't take advantage of her. Let nature take the course of everything and if she's yours, your arms would be open, the day she comes back running to you.

Guy, i can imagine how you feel. I would advise you to keep those feelings to yourself ( i know it's difficult) but keep it on a standby. It is not honourable to be a clog in the wheel of a friend's relationship (especially if she feels good about it and the guy is not messing up and you know this fact). Just wait, enjoy the friendship whilst it lasts. In this world, shit happens all the time. Her present relationship might end and you would have a chance later on. For now, just try so hard to keep your feelings. If your story was a plot in an indian movie, they will tell you to go for it (even right now) but this is reality. Be a man, try to wait.
