*STOP THAT DAMN LOCAL CHAT BACKUP WASTING MY TIME AND DATA!!! GOD DAMN IT!!:

I know how disturbing and annoying it can be when you just want to hit that invisible "STOP" button on your phone to save your data (mb) or keep your work uninterrupted by the local Whatsapp backup everyday at midnight (mostly 2AM) but CANNOT.... Very ANNOYING! I can understand but GOOD NEWS is here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you go to whatapp settings >> Chat >> Chat backup and open, you will see "Local" and "Google drive".

"Local" is often set to backup by default at midnight (2AM mostly). You cannot adjust it to when you want except using a TRICK! while
"Google back up can be set to anytime you want it (daily, weekly, monthly or never) by clicking on “Backup to google drive” .

NOW HERE IS THE TRICK!: It seems that we can “somehow” trick the app so it cannot create local backup files automatically.

1) Download a good file manager if your phone has none (e.g total commander, X-plore etc). Install it. Go to your internal storage>> Whatsapp/Whatsapp business folder>>
2) Open the "Databases" folder.
3) Save/move the file (msgstore.crypt12 file) you see inside to any other place (PC or external hard drive).
4) Delete the "Databases" folder
5) Create New Folder. (X-file or zip file if you are using X-plore file manager)
6) Rename the file to just "Databases". (Remove the ".txt" or ".zip" extension). YOU ARE DONE!!

**Notice that it does not allow the back up process to take place anytime it starts. it simply changes to Local Whatsapp back up under settings to "NEVER'
