you will need a very good coach, you can hire one with 2 drivers or use the school bus

you should contact the Togolese liaison office in Nigeria, they will be able to advice you better on accommodation, places to visit and things to watch out for.

make sure all the students and their parents have original and photocopied I.D or else you have to be 'paying' all the immigration/custom officers you see on the way, they might even accuse you of child trafficking

Get insurance if you can

Kai, shocked shocked shocked shocked shocked

Some peeps are just outrightly stupid with their posts! Insurance for what again?

@ Topic,
Make sure you know your way around Togo. The major hindrance is the language barrier. Once you can speak French very well, you have no trouble at all. Do you intend staying in an hotel or something? Thank God our currency is strongerthan theirs, so you will be able to buy loads of stuff. Things are relatively cheaper in Togo.
I was there for holiday in 2004 and it is quite a beautiful place I must admit. The hotel i was in was just opposite the beach.
You dont have to pay to enter the beach unlike the lagos beach in Nigeria. I wake early in the morning and go play on the bech. Just that they have used their shit lipsrsealed to spoil the whole place. But you do enjoy it.
