my flow is usually 5days. for the past 1yr it has reduced to 3days , sometimes it gets to 4days but it would be scanty. it wasn't like this before, my flow used to be heavy and ok but now it's scanty. what is wrong? what can i do? |

You have made it wider over time so no more obstruction, it’s flowing like tap, if u like keep nacking till you start complaining it is one day menses |
