What Nigeria failed to understand about Orji Uzor Kalu's incarceration by EFCC and his decision to support Lawal.

EFCC was used to killed Orji Uzor kalu presidential aspirations by some heavy weight politician in Southern Nigeria. The reason is because they see Orji Uzor Kalu's as the only igbo politician who maybe accepted by the Northerner in APC. so their aim is to used EFCC and their selected judge to convict him and made him an exconvict in other to slowdown his popularity in the North. So they will have a reason to say that no igboman will be accepted by the Northerner and that Nigeria will not vote an exconvict.

Because politics is a game and Orji Uzor Kalu's being a man who understand the game too and also has insiders who have already brief him on the game some Southern brother played to make sure he became irrelevant in 2023, he choose to make a u-turn to support Lawal as a payback to the man who mastermind the plan. He actually not doing it to betrayed the igbos that is why he said that for equity and fairness. If a President can not be zone to South East that no moral justification for his fellow Southerner telling the Northerner not to contest.
