North will remain impoverished till the end of time. You can't do a wicked thing as this and not expect God's anger in your land.

You know what people? Most of those political figures of northern extraction we see today had done something worse than this in their youthful years when there was nothing like social media to broadcast it. Some of them you see today still have the spirit in them and you can tell by the way they talk in public. E.g Isa Pantami and Elrufai. My inlaws fled zaria in the 80s over incessant attacks on Christians and nothing was done about it by the then head of government who was a northerner.

The consequence of their deeds is there as witnessed today....a region with the highest level of poverty in the world, diseases, bad weather, illiteracy, etc just name it. God doesn't like seeing the blood of the innocent being spilled and they need to go to Saudi or UAE and learn of what Islam really means. Those places are even far. They should come to southern Nigeria and learn of what Islam means...peace, tolerance, etc. The region remains the most peaceful place in Nigeria today...that's what Islam teaches not the sect-like Islam as practised in the north today. That region will be worse than soddom and gomorrah later cos no meaningful thing wouid ever happen there. Their youths are even abandoning that place for south now. Our leaders need to take caution now! They shouldn't be deceived in the name of one United Nigeria and allow them encroach on our land. Everybody knows where they belong oo. United Nigeria my foot. RIP young girl.

This is called coasting on half knowledge.

You are narrating what happened to Sanusi to show that you have some knowledge of the incident. That is fine and good, and I never said Sanusi was not handed over to Mutallab's father.

What I said was, they were never arrested or sentenced to anything - that is those who were killed. They were assassinated by Abacha's hit squads.

If you challenge this, post the so-called history book you read it from.
First you said it was because they were against Abacha's regime now you are saying they were never arrested or sentenced but killed by Abacha's hit squad. You seem confused but i'm not surprised.I expected less from 'smelly pants'. This is my last reply to you

If you are a christian from any part of this country, and you happen to find yourself in that hell called North, pls don't ever mention Mohammed. If you do, you will not live to tell the story.

Islam....God forbid !!!!

My kind of guy. I believe in curing evil with greater evil. I have no apology for this personal philosophy. In a world as ruthless as we live in, the only deterrence to this kind of recurring wickedness is by taking a greater pound of flesh.

This evil will happen again and again because they know that Christian families of such victims are too docile to take any drastic actions.

1. The question is if the post that ended the girl's life was posted by a Chinese or an American, I doubt the useless mob would have the audacity to touch such person....their madness is selective

2. The energy I saw in the video to end that woman's life, if it used to fight those bandits killing them like fowls they would have been in a better place now. No matter how you want to look at it, killing someone because such person directly or indirectly abuse your faith is the highest form of intolerance.

3. We have almost 50/50 population for both Faiths in Yoruba land but this kind of savage incident does not happen, why? Because as a Yoruba, we see ourselves as yorubas first and other stuffs comes after including religion but seems Religion has taken the soul of the northerners and render their identity obsolete.........in 2010 or 2011 a brainwashed christian student entered a university mosque that was full to the brim and was telling them to take Jesus as their Lord and savior, she was apprehended but the university intervened, she is alive today but little riots came after but was contained. It happened in South west but we all know how the thing will pan out in North.

The way forward will be separation... If we can be one or act like one since the inception... Am not sure we can now.. Though every region with their own problems but the northern past are riding the other regions in every aspect and yet we are still claiming we are one... If we are one everything should be done equally in every aspects of this country but that's not the case. They are everywhere in government, in ministries and so on... Even the security problems we are combating in this country begins with them.. It as been said if u can not cater for the poor man's children, one day they won't allow ur own children to eat in peace... It's happening now.. When u give birth to multitudes of children and at the end of the day give them bowls to go fend for themselves, what do u expect in return a good citizens of the country or what
Unfortunately the southerners are not united to break away from these backward people

The faces of some of the evil perpetrators were well seen in the viral video, but I can assure you that, they will neither be arrested nor prosecuted, simply because they are from the north and they are fokn head slammers. Fok islam! fok the north!! fok one Nigeria and if you're not down with what I wrote, fok you too.

Let me say it,the girl is nothing different from them, how pain ful it might seem, she didnt want them posting all their religious stuff cos it aint about jesus christ, assuming it was about jesus christ, she would have totally ignored them, killing anyone cos of one religion or the other is very bad,i think that christains are the most hostile religion where they mentally judge u and see u as a sinner once u re not a born again, automatically u are marked bad cos u aint a born again ,even different denomination fight against other different church , additional, behave like the romans when u re in rome ,rip to the dead girl and may justice be served to her killers

In 1995,a group of 9 wahabists were arrested for doing something similar during Abacha's regime. 8 were sentenced to death. The last person was spared coz he had connections. He was handed over to Mutallab (father of the Christmas day bomber). Mutallab pushed the killer into banking since he had a degree in economics.Man later went on to become CBN governor. The name of that man is Sanusi L. Sanusi... In Asari's voice 'how many times will they tell you that Nigeria is not for you'

Hmmm! this one deep oh! and a very good reminder.

I'm afraid but the truth is, One nigeria might be a hullabaloo. So you mean a harmless girl, was burnt to death by a group of boys just because she blasphemed against your God ? This is very evil and it goes a lot to describe their religion. How do you expect this religious bigot to vote a credible candidate that's from an opposite religion? Is that possible.

They beheaded a girl for blaspheming, how will they vote a good candidate when he's not their religion, Nigeria is a scam, let each region control their resources and govt, finish.
How can we be deceiving ourselves in thks current dispensation where innovAtions and human intelligence are being put to test, we are being drawn back by others who are not keeping up, it's Intolerable.

They will not vote a southerner.. never.. i pity some mumu spending their money on them...

They will never vote!!!

If they are students u can imagine their mindset and the demon operating in them!!..

India these set of idiots caused an uproar not too long ago... some weeks back!

To be candid... Their case.. its God that will definitely deal and judge them..

They r known for blood shedding and violence..

God help us all... its really worldwide problem..

If you like let it be your last or 100th reply. You're just another inconsequential faceless nairaland nobody. I replied your comment to educate you on thing you are not aware of. You can accept or reject. That is not a problem for me but I will certainly correct you.

Now, the point was that in Kano at that time, there was a growing wahhabist movement whos eislamist fundamentalism was becoming a threat to Abacha's government. Sanusi was a key figure in this movement.

The murder of Akalulka was orchestrated by these men led by Sanusi. They were never arrested nor charged and never sentenced lawfully. They were rather, executed one by one.

This was not punishment for killing Akaluka, but it was done to kill the Wahhabist movement when Abacha saw the ability of the group to mobilise the lower class.

Sanusi was spared and detained without charge, something he himself has spoken about, and later released, all because of his family's connections.

It would do you good to recognize when you are conversing with your betters, and to then apply your brain to proper comprehension.

My guy Yusuf is justifying her death. That there's a ruling in Islam against someone who insults the prophet Mohammed, that she should have been more cautious with her choice of words because she was in a Muslim community. If your Koran encourages you to fight for Allah or for Mohammed, whole this Allah?

I am a Muslim. I am a Yoruba boy. One of my pre-primary school friends who is a Catholic just called me and he said "can you see what your brethren just did in Sokoto again? Another life has been taken for Mohammed". I felt so shameful.

Any god that cannot fight for itself, is definitely a dog. Even a dog will fight for itself.
