@ all please can someone help me? i have been hearing people talking about 3m fiber dish. But what i want to know is, are they home made dishes? and can such dishes work well on fringe satellite reception.?

Get a thunder spike and fix one to ur lnb and one to ur receiver so that next time thunder strike it ll just cut-off the spike and live ur systems safe. Sorry for the lost.

the spirit of FTA demands that you try it out tell the house your findings
but on a serious note its possible but i think a 90cm will better serve your purpose,good luck and happy hunting.

Yes my bro,it is very possible.Let w4 be the main sat,astra be on top of w4 while Galaxy on either left or right side of w4 depending on where you pick the signal.Patience is all what it takes.

it is very difficult like this, what u should note with 60cm if u main sat. is w4 ur astra will be under. The best way is to make astra ur main sat. n turn ur LNBF to 8o'clock than put W4 n ur LNBF to 2o'clock den bside (left or right) put ur galaxy LNBF but On 90cm. Just track astra, then Galaxy on top then W4. it's simple on 90cm than in 60cm

Hello all, pls i have checked the list of sats on my decoder ie 4669 and havent seen galaxy11 pls what other sat can i use to search for it? The same thing happened with astra2b and i was told to use any sat that is to the west and i used eutelsatw4 pls is there any other one i can use for this galaxy11? Thanks

its not galaxy 11 pals, its intelsat newdawn. New frequencies comming up by the end of the month. Are you ready for the flood of mpeg4 HD channels comming our way? 2011 is indeed the new dawn for sat tv in africa. ( If you don't have a d**g**, where have you been?) Yahsat 1a @52e is also active, mpeg2. Fox movies arabic subtitle. Nilesat 201 HD all the way mbc 2, mbc max, mbc action but you need their tecnosat reciever, all HD fta.cnosat reciever, all HD fta.

am in east Africa and we're receiving yahsat loud and clear on 1.8m solid dish. Yahsat beam on the map is misleading. Give it a shot with all you got and you won't regret. Its @ 52e just above nss12 @57e where we have the zuku package.

hi guys, i just bought an hitv decoder and hitv size dish(probably 60cm,i dnt knw hw its size is knwn anyway) i hav few stations like CCTV NEWS,CCTV 9 DOCUMENTARY,CCTV 4,CCTV F FRENCH,DRTV,RDV,EBRU,GOLFE,ORTB,ORTC,LCF,DISH,LOVEWORLDPLUS,OHTV on eutelsat w4, what vexes me is dat most stations speak french or chang chung li(chinese),few speak english! Though EBRU TV is a lil bit beta, my questions are:are there any other stations that i can track on this satelite?,or beta still change 2 anoda satelite wit beta channels on dat very same size dish? 3. Hw can i add new satelite 2 my satelite list on my decoder?, i'm really new 2 dis sat stuff but i was able 2 get d dstv direction myself, kindly help. Will be waiting in anticipation,thanks.s on dat very same size dish? 3. I have tracked the new intelsat @33e but my problem is that almost all of them is not speaking English and MGM is scrambled my signal is 65% on 65cm

@ cleanman, get yourself strong 4669xii or z to enjoy good and juicy fta channels like cnn, movies from asta2b and other sats. Your hitv receiver wont give you much.
