I need some light shed on this... My little niece won't register for the NECO exams. She argued that NECO certificate is Irrelevant and has no use. After giving her argument a thought, I understand that she was only echoing the sentiments of so many Nigerians on this examination body. Even supposed enlightened individuals, teachers and, role models portrays NECO in bad light. So I want to learn from experts here, why is this exam body so looked down on, if it is Irrelevant, why is the exam body still active?

Exam malpractice is very easy to carry out on NECO. Exam papers leak anyhow!!! |
