According to reports, Liverpool will be without their star player, Fabinho in the clash against Chelsea. Brazilian Fabinho has been the number one defensive midfielder for Jurgen Klopp side, partnering either Thiago Alcantara or Jordan Henderson in the midfield.

Fabinho picked up an injury in the game against Aston Villa in midweek and was forced off just thirty minutes of play. Medical scan revealed that the Brazilian has picked up a hamstring injury and Jurgen Klopp has confirmed will keep him out of this weekend’s final.

Klopp has at least confirmed that Fabinho will be fit in time for the Champions League final later this month, but for now it appears Jordan Henderson is the most likely to play as the deepest of the three midfielders.
