A) jungle justice is very much alive and well in Nigeria, and as much as you may be against it, many will continue dying at the hand of the public, after being caught doing criminal acts etc. THIS IS NIGERIA!!!

B) if you have a deadly snake as a pet, you should know that you could get bitten thus you should be careful how to handle it....thats exactly the same thing with RELIGIOUS FANATICS/EXTREMISTS. their god is everything to them, and if you insult their god, you probably will get in trouble for it.

Left for me, i would put all mosques on tithes. They must make money for the government. This way it will reduce the massive number of mosques around.

Then I will threaten the ullamah and sheiks and all their Islamic scribes to begin to preach tolerance and to deviate from mob killing, or I’ll allow shitte islams led by el zakzakky to gain ground in the north with military backing, and sheiks and ullamahs will start to lose followers.

If they refuse, I’ll fund the DSS to find means to poison them all, and have moderate ullamah and sheiks who will do my bidding to replace them.

Then I will put very strong watch on the rise of ullamah and sheiks contrary to the moderate ones gaining ground. Will also make it law for all of them to register with government before they start practicing and I’ll profile them before giving out license to operate in mosque and pay tithe.

again... you said that there was no excuse for taking the law into your own hand, and i just showed you that it happens everyday AND is pretty much a way of life in Nigeria. everyday countless are dying of jungle justice thus you cant suddenly believe that religious fanatics should act any differently! these people are ready to explode themselves for their beliefs and you now think that they will allow you to insult their god?

it happens all over the world...European newspaper published an insulting caricature of their prophet and religious fanatics went to kill countless employees in that newspaper office....same with the European teacher who showed some degrading pics of their prophet and got killed.

AGAIN, you cant stop an ideology....there is absolutely NOTHING you can tell these people that would make them see reason.
