Its sad that the rate of kidnappings and banditry in lere local government of kaduna state is at its all time high. A farmer paid more than 16 million to rescue family member and so many other stories of daily kidnappings....no electricity in the entire local government,only one functioning bank, the police are always absent in time of need.
A legendary local government no doubt but its clear a shadow of its former self. One of Nigerian food basket with sugarcane as its major export have been abandoned to its faith by the entire country. The people have decided to hug the new reality without any solution in view. ...its only a matter of time that it will be a hot bed for Nigerian worse terrorists if nothing is been don as the local government posses a huge forest location to accommodate bandits....May God help us
