He isn’t. If he is, he is safer hiding than trying to leave town. He posted somewhere else that they are unable to buy food because of the violence outside. But he wants people to send money. How does he intend to get to the bank or Pos if it’s so unsafe to get food? How does he intend to get from the house to the motor park if so unsafe to buy food? The account shows classic signs of a scam account too. New and created for the sole purpose of soliciting funds.
