Hello Nairalanders, my phone OPPO A31 still under two years has suddenly started to quit ringing or alerts, and now has very faint sounds when I play videos and songs with it. It's becomes normal when I restart it, but after awhile quit ringing without any pre setting. Please what could be going on? Does anyone has any such experiences and can make suggestions on what I should do to make me continue to enjoy my phone please. Thanks alot for the anticipated responses. |
