O Allah, Glory be to you, send blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent blessings upon Ibraaheem and upon the family of Ibraaheem; You are indeed Worthy of Praise, Full of Glory.

There are millions of reasons to love Allah. When we realize what it means to be alive, and what it means to have health, sunlight, air, food, water, and loved ones, we cannot stop thanking Allah for His countless blessings.

You don’t hate Allah, you hate our desperation for not having achieved what you wished. All of us have unfulfilled dreams and desires.

Often we get confused because we love some of the things in the worldly life more than Allah. We want Allah to fulfill all our wishes, and often in the pursuit of these wishes we become thankless for what we already have. Allah has to balance in fulfillment of wishes of all His creation, because if each one got what he wished there will be too much conflict in the world.

By default a human being is never satisfied. When one of his goals is achieved, he sets a bigger goal for himself. if you reflect upon your life, there might have been a number of wishes that came true, but one duaa which was not accepted makes you worried. Although no one can say that it will not be answered. As a believer and from my experience, I can say that all duaa are answered as long as we continue to invoke Allah.

If your religious problem has not been solved for three years, you should be thankful to Allah because He has saved you from bigger problems. Perhaps you don’t know what it means to sleep hungry, to sleep without shelter, to have a terminal disease, to be handicapped, to lose one’s child, to lose ones’ parents in young age or to lose any other loved one, to go through divorce, to be in jail, to be viciously attacked because you speak up for a just cause, to be away from the family, and so on.

Whenever you reflect upon it, you will surely know of someone who has gone through more terrible life and has been thankful to Allah.

All praise is for Allah, the Lord of the worlds.
