Good day Nairalander. A friend inherited a structure built on a leased land. Now, the land owner is telling my friend to vacate the land. The land has been leased to my friend father for over 50 years and a bungalow of about 12 rooms is built on it. So what should my friend do in order not to lose the land?? |
