I'm quite slim naturally but I noticed that ever since I resumed work in March, i have really focused on the work and have skipped some of my meals. Consequently it has resulted in me slimming further down and my neck bones protruding out with my tight jeans becoming a bit loose. I want to commence on a 2weeks to 1month intensive feeding but I wouldn't want to go the route of eating conventional meals like rice, beans and Eba repeatedly. Please guys suggest to me what kind of diet to be on in order to achieve this weight gain within this stipulated time. Also if there are drugs I can take to boost my appetite. This my weightloss is really affecting my confidence. Please lalasticlala help me  |
