We are truly detached from reality on this platform. Same car owners are willing to sell less than #200 k on the roadside.

Does the car have any specific mind-blowing features? Drives like a boat, guzzles gas and bereft of modern car basic amenities. A good example of buying a liability.

Tbh this car has vintage written over it. Alot of maintenance has been put into it as well. If I had the money, I'd buy it in an instant.

I collect, one of theses days I will display my garage of antiques .


Investment in vehicles like this has advantages.

They can be rented for movie or video shoots for a lot of money.

These are not cars to be driven daily.

I drive mine like once a month.


Cars like this are not for the hustling corrola Geng, it's for men wey don chop bellefull and have 1.6m they are not using wink

Every day that passes this car adds value , in 10years it will be worth possibly 5 times the quoted price.

Moreover the ride is in pristine condition. If truly there's no body filler & engine is in good condition, den it's even worth more than that.

The ones una village people sell for 65k & 100k, i sure say na just dead rusty piece of metal.

Sincerely, it's a fair deal. It's worth it.

If I had 1.6M I'm not using, I'll get the car & just keep it in my garage as a collection. 20 years from now, it will be worth Hundreds of millions.

If one buys it and keeps it for 10 or 15 years more then it's jackpot.
If u wait till then, u can't afford it.

I'd rather buy a car with limited production number like the W124 500 E or the 190 2.6 straight 6 engine with the big spoiler. Not this one wey still full scrap yard.
Collectors don't buy cars that have productions running into millions unless they just love the car.
Now if one buys this and does an electric conversion on it, then that's a good buy.
Not trying to spoil OP's market sá ooO.

Even in 50 years time, emission regulations would make rubbish and very expensive to drive as nobody would want to buy it off you (unless you want to keep in a museum)

One thing about vintages is that nobody buys them to use.
They are memorabilia of history. From the look of pics the car in still in pristine condition.
Just renting the car alone for movies, music video shoot and documentary sef is enough money to the owner.

10 - 20 years from now this supposed piece of junk if well maintained will be a hot cake sort after by many.

Vintage means cars manufactured in limited quantity. This isn’t part of it. It’s littered around in almost any mechanic yards. A neighbor once sold his as scrap to scavengers.
