All universities approved by NUC makes your certificate valid.
Note that certificate doesn't guarantee you automatic employment.

So I googled,I saw noun university...

Can I get a first, degree... that would make me employable..... with this noun certificate

Definitely yes. It's a federal university. You should be ready to study hard too. I mean on your own- it's more like a correspondence in developed countries. I mean the likes of Open University UK and Open University in Australia.

I mean the likes of Open University UK and Open University in Australia. You can also decide to further your education abroad with the same certificate. It's globally recognized.
