Dear Nairaland, I took some close friends out on my Birthday which was May 22nd to a Bar for some bottles of beer. Upon payment with my card, the POS declined twice, they brought another POS which also declined with a message of ROLLBACK. I was hoping a reversal would happen before the next morning but this didn't happen. I quickly logged in a dispense error the next morning so GTBANK would follow up with the merchant. I was expecting GTBANK to request for the Acquiring Merchant's EOD for May 22 and SOA with a timeline to verify my claim, which they obviously didn't do. Yesterday's COB makes it exactly 5 working days with my money still hanging. Please help

Thesame thing happened to me, i used a uba atm machine on the 5th of may, got a dispense error. Since then i have logged for dispense error four times, yet my money is still hanging... |
