I immediately went to his place to collect it infact as i am typing right now now, i am still in his place. The story he told me right now is that he used the money for something, thay he didnt know i would be needing the money today. He asked me to give him till friday cos the only money in his hand is 53k right now.

As a business man, you can't just walk to his place and demand for your money without giving him prior notice. That's disrespect. A debtor deserves little respect also. He needs to gather the money and pay you. What's hard there?

Bros first of all collect the 53,000 that your evil friend is a disgrace, money was given to you for a particular thing, you end up by diverting the fund, the borrower is still stupid, money for cooperative you borrow it to your friend.

He gave the guy the money for POS business, get the fact, that means the money should be available cash or electronically

He pleaded for a little time to help him gather the money. Most of the POS operators transact on credit to their loyal customers...don't forget that.

Even if you're helping, it's not supposed to be with money you don't have. That's theft, you'll learn a good lesson soon that I hope you don't regret.
