Shepherd the Flock
"The elders who are among you I exhort, I who am a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that will be revealed: Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly; nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock" - 1 Peter 5:1-3

Because people are now taking them as fools who should be ripped of the grace they have.

The wickedness against pastors must stop.

Ingrates caused it.

A pastor prays for someone , he receives breakthrough and boom, he goes to another church with loads of gift in another church for thanksgiving.

People are wicked and evil.

There are two types of prayers:
(1) Prayer for our wants or needs.
(2) Prayer for help to do God's will.

The first must be done by the one who is in need or want something from God because He opens His hands to satisfy all humans irrespective of what you believe as long as you are one of the creatures made in His image. Matthew 5:45

The second can't be done alone because it does not involve needs or wants rather you are seeking the friendship of God. So since there are many Gods you just have to meet with the representatives of the God of your choice to earn such friendship. James 5:14-15

The market is full of gullible individuals such as yourself who would think to ask others to pray for them. grin

Yet Jesus Christ said that He alone is the Shepherd over His sheep and all others are workers - John 10 vs 1 - 16. And God said in Ezekiel 34 vs 1 - 31 that He alone will shepherd His sheep. So, did the God of Israel and Jesus Christ lie in those texts? Or do you construe wrongly what Peter meant there? undecided

Should I substantively engage you on Biblical matters, friend?
Have you now a true understanding on the Holy Scriptures?
Are you indeed "rightly dividing the word of truth" (2 Timothy 2:15)... or are you still attempting to separate Biblical principles and texts to create controversy to be argumentative where in fact no controversies exits?
Is this not what the adversary did with Adam and Eve in garden of Eden and with humanity continually... saying to the woman "Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?" - Genesis 3:1
Is this a good thing to do?

GOD is the Judge and Justifier of men.

"A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject; Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself." - Titus 3:10-11

You are meeting the wrong Pastors. Any Pastor that changes for prayer is either fake or greedy.

Tell me, what do you want God to do for you? If it's what will answer to prayer, I will let you know. Sometimes, it's counsel that you need.

However, it's at your discretion to honour any man of God as you are led after receiving your miracle.
