This is just like a scene from a Nazi horror movie. The Brazilian highway police were caught on tape gassing a black man who eventually died at the hospital, and the ministry of justice in brazil is already investigating the case. I know the family of the black man would get justice.

That's a silly excuse..The majority of the time the person having contact with the police chooses the behavior that determines the outcome for him...

If he chooses to resist or become overly excited and threatening with the officer he is choosing what action the officer is allowed to respond with and it is always one level higher on the force continuum than what he or she is facing...So if someone begins to kick or throw punches an officer may respond with a baton..taser...it's that simple he's not supposed to be pleaded with just to get into the vehicle or something..
