I watched a video of Tinubu in Ogun state yesterday where he made disparaging comments against President Buhari and other politicians including the Ogun state governor.

There's freedom of speech I agree but Tinubu should remember that politicians are a very vindictive specie of human beings, you might be the one who brought them to power but insulting them might force them to exercise that power on you.

So my question once again, is Tinubu ready for this fight he started? He who comes to equity must come with clean hands.
Very funny tinubu is too desperate to become apc candidate just like wike was screaming and insulting everyone in PDP including atiku and saraki that they can't come to PDP they left to get ticket but what happened at the end of the day he was humbled, tinubu has started his madness insulting even the president, Ogun governor etc but he won't get the ticket he is aware apc won't give him ticket here is just threatening apc leaders like I said before nobody owes him nothing

You IPOBians will always remain undemocratic cowards, hateful souls, myopic ignoramuses and political illiterates.

Only an ignorant fool can say "Imagine him daring Mr. President and the North".

Where else is what you propose, i.e a presidential dictatorship that cannot be questioned, happening in the world and the result is good?

Are the best nations not where everyone can challenge abuse of power, dictatorship, discriminatory conduct and patent unfairness?

Do you even know what Boris Johnson is facing today, i.e calls for his resignation, merely for attending Parties during Covid?

Do you people know the essence of democracy or is it that every hateful braincells in your head is consumed with the thought of Tinubu failing you are not evening seeing the detrmental side effect of what you are backing even against yourself, your region and your generations unborn?

What are you fighting for in the SE today? Atiku has openly claimed ban on open grazing is "ilegal" and wrong. Tinubu insist Nigeria must embrace modern ranching practice where livestock and those who rear them must remain withing Cattle and livestock ranches or settlements.

Of what benefit to you myopic and hateful people if an Atiku win is deliberately assisted by APC fielding a weak southerner, in Osinbajo or Amaechi, against the PDP?

Have you people ever stopped to question why Tambuwal quickly stepped down for Atiku or why Buahri is so against BAT to the extent they keep postponing everything and making a fool of a whole ruling Party of "the biggest black nation on Earth"?

Una mumu never do in IPOBland?
oga look, there is no need for all this insults, buhari won't give tinubu Apc ticket. It is clear, even most of the south west leader are not in support of tinubu winning the primaries, all these energy of insults. It's a waste of time

A lot politicians have learnt from Tinubu's present issue.

They know everyone of themselves can mess you up anytime.

It will form a precedence in politics. Am sure Atiku and wike has a deal already now.

Or the consensus candidate from APC.

In the next 8 years if your candidate get betrayed or sidelined for selfish reason... don't complain ohhh.

8 years will come and go....but Nigeria go remain.
How is Tinubu being betrayed here? Was there an Agreement he will be the one to succeed Buhari from the beginning? Or he supported Buhari Thinking Buhari will support him. Well, he was not the only one that supported Buhari. A lot of forces came together from different region to form the APC. Even some high level members of the Pdp then where part of the forces that combined to bring Buhari into power. He should not be feeling entitled. Buhari knows his govt has failed already and Buhari himself does not want another president who will destroy this country furthermore. Thank you!

He's untouchable , he built the system and can collapse the system in a matter of weeks. You can be in power but not powerful. So many powerless people in power

No. He alone didn't build the system. His party was o ly one out of the other parties that merged to form APC. When Buhari was in CPC he used to win elections in the North and garnered millions of vote. There is a reason Tinubu wanted Buhari to contest; he is smart and knew only Buhari could deliver the votes.

The presidency of Nigeria is said to be amongst the most powerful in the world. Almost every agency answers to him directly. Tinubu cannot collapse APC. And if Buhari wants to deal with him, he will and absolutely nothing will happen.

Don't push the man with such praise-singing, as it can only lead to bad things. Until Buhari leaves power he is the most powerful man in Nigeria. And his heart is so tough that he doesn't mind crushing anybody who stands in his way.

A word is enough for the wise!

He should try and learn from the mistakes of Wike... You cannot talk down on your people and expect them to support you when you need them!

Maybe Tinubu is better than Wike because he knows those genuinely behind him and is not afraid, before a contest, to call out those he has personally aided and supported yet want to pay him back with treachery, malice and backstabbing.

I was not a fan of Wike before but he now has my respect for running and doing well while Igbo delegates expectedly let him and their brothers, i.e Anyim etal, down by selling their votes to Atiku for dollars.

I think Tinubu will be fine. He is setting the sort of precedence, as Wike did in PDP, that is a new transformational hallmark for our future even as many myopic and hateful Nigerians cannot see this.

Had Wike not stood like a man, we would all not have seen that a Southerner came close to winning the PDP ticket in a Party I used to mock as "Fulani Party".

If Tinubu ran away to hide, like the cowardly Obi, so Buhari and his crew can have his way as Atiku and Tambuwal did in PDP, then we wil not see that a Southerner exists that is making a President continously shift tactics and institute postponement upon postponement everywhere because of fear of defeat.

New precedents have been set to show that a North not ready to make concessions to the rest of Nigeria wil not continue getting its ways unchallenged.

You people keep proving correct those who continue to insist Igbos do not have the mentality , bravery, equitable disposition, uprightness of character or political will to lead Nigeria.

How can Tinubu be ready to fight a battle he lost immediately after the 2015 presidential election in Nigeria?

Tinubu crisscrossed the SW preaching for many years asking for political restructuring of Nigeria democratically, but botched the 2014 restructuring exercise, when he thought that he would be succeeding president Buhari if Buhari won through the APC. Tinubu never reckoned the fact that age, ill-health and his corruption antecedents must count against him in 2023.

You can see through the man's hypocrisy. All those times they fought thr military and he followed Gani, was all for popularity and selfish gain.

Now he wants to be rewarded with Nigeria's presidency. Can you imagine that man?

Tinubu is over rating himself and he should be careful
Ribadu and Atiku contested under his party but both lost .
Only Buhari was strong enough to win 2015, the winning margin in the south west was not even up to 300k whereas kano votes alone cancelled it, so that dude should stop talking
Was beginning to root for him, until his latest outburst, even heard, some northern governors that are rooting for him backed out too....
There's limit to what you say in politics at a given time....
Even as Buhari fuckup, no try insult am, we still listen to him...

You keep talking about the winning margin but you failed to look at the spread, without buhari getting 25% in the south west he wouldn't have smell the presidency, don't forget that buhari always failed to meet 25% requirements from the southern states.

If south west has voted along the lines of south south and south east buhari presidency would still have become a dream far fetched.

Tinubu is not desperate as Buhari, and any other old men in this race. In fact I can say Atiku is more desperate. This is the first time this man is contesting. He is more of political wizard, and I believe that is how politics work. They should allow him to do it. As far as I am concern, this Tinubu is the kind of man we need in Nigeria right now.

The proverbial drowning man grasping at straws. This is reminiscent of a few years back when a certain Governor of Lagos state fell out of favour with his godfathers due to his desire for independence. He was relegated and severed from the godfather's clique and disallowed from contesting for a second term (which he RIGHTFULLY deserved).
On the eve of elections, he took to the stage and started to lambast all and sundry as our opelope godfather above is doing. In the end, he lost, albeit painfully to progressives in the state.
This godfather (Tinubu) will definitely reap what he has sown!
