masa360 started off in 2020 as an African restaurant with major dishes including Masa, Swallow and locally prepared rice. 5 months later, in 2021, its shop location was affected and demolished by the Kaduna state government in the cause of her “Kaduna urbanization project” which is aimed at bringing further investments into the state. Upon counting losses and leaving the location, the founder continued serving the needs of customers while working and producing from home. After a couple of months, he finally came to the realization that there is a bigger problem than what he has been trying to solve. He stopped operations, and after some months of research and brainstorming, he came up with MASA FLOUR.

The major reason why all northern families find it impossible to prepare a Masa dish is because of the time and processes involved. An average traditionally prepared Masa dish takes about 14-16 off-cooking hours, of course with lots of physical processes. MASA FLOUR is aimed at deleting all those processes and bringing down the time involved to a maximum of 2hours, including cooking time. With masa360’s MASA FLOUR, customers only need to follow the instructions that comes with the product package. Look at it the way you will look at what “Poundo yam” is to pounded yam.
