The guy had some attitude back then and he always backed it up with Islam laws, like no shaking of hand with female, not watching movie etc

not shaking hands with females yes is not allowed in Islam except for those close to him like daughters mothers sisters siblings grandmothers etc but he can't shake with a girl outside just like this except he marry her. But watching of movies is not prohibited and ur friend is lying to u if he says watching movie, taking pictures, playing football is not not allowed in Islam, u know some people are annoying, everything to them is not permissible.
