Tinubu knows that this is the time the entire south should support the south east but he felt that he has enough financial muscle and connection to shortchange the south east The conscience is an open wound only the truth can heal it.Of a truth Tinubu does not know what he will tell the south eastherner why they should not be supported by other southerners for presidency.That is the reason why he avoided the region.  He was doing it to spite the south easterners, as if Easterners care about such an inconsequential idiotic politician. The north he mostly visit and donate millions to are dribbling him like football that he cried endlessly some days ago. He claimed to be strong, but yet wail and lament about how people he made turned against him. You're that strong yet you can't fight back rather than crying everywhere. What a weakling. I have sincerely wondered why he didn't visit the SE. He isn't vising the people just the delegates yet he still didn't do it. It shows how this man will treat that region if he becomes president. Actions speak louder than voice. Some people are actually worse than Buhari, but hiding it and waiting for the opportunity to show their wickedness. Tinubu played petty politics in being instrumental to Buhari's emergence. What was his grouse? It was that GEJ marginalised the Yoruba in favour of the SE. Very childish! Buhari mounted the saddle and put his kinsmen everywhere yet this baba didn't utter a word. Herdsmen kill people in the South, silence. Bandits and kidnappers kidnap people for ransom, more silence. They Rob and destroy villages and farms in the South, even more silence! Why? Because of his presidential ambition. Even though the north controls politics at the center today, you won't see a typical northern politician go out of his way to taunt the South East as the South westerners will always do without any serious provocation. Take away Buhari, most northerners will do their thing and go their way. Even Buhari visited most of the east during his campaigns. But Yoruba politicians? No way! They will rub it in. Even their traditional rulers have joined too. From Abiola to Tinubu, to Tinubus wife, to the Oba of Lagos, to the former governor of Oyo and Ogun State to Obasanjos former ministers, it's one outburst against the South East after the other. Infact, during his numerous meetings with his northern collaborators, Tinubu was quoted not once to have assured that he doesn't need the the south east. He never denied this and he never visited the SE to prove that. His foot soldiers made the derision of the south east candidates an important part of their evil campaign for power. At a point, you start to wonder whether Tinubu was campaigning to be president or to torpedo the socalled Igbo presidency! This goes a long way to prove that the East and the West share absolutely nothing in common politically and should pursue different political future post Buhari. 10 Likes |

Tinubu does not have time for hate filled 5% people. He has visited people that matters, he already know where those people are going, so he doesn't have time to waste on the people that have been attacking his personality from their elders to their young one, even before he show interest to contest. In the southern family, the person described above is Yoruba. Your obsession with Ndigbo is understandable. You know where they've left you in the 52 years since the civil war ended. By destroying southern cohesion, you will come away more battered and a loser. Ndigbo is both resilient and rugged.
