Tinubu does not have to buy delegates. You can tell yourself that if it makes you sleep better. At the end of the day, many of you ignore one thing.

Delegates and stakeholders want victory for the APC. They are politicians and not like you. You want a good President and they want a leader who will march the team to a win at the general election.

Many believe that leader is Tinubu. In free and fair voting, many APC stakeholders will never vote the likes of Amaechi they know is a non-starter or Lawan who is a joke of a lightweight.

Neither will they vote Osinbajo who was never a politician till 7 years ago and till the VP position gave him visibility and a name.

However ordinary Nigerians feel Osinbajo has done as VP, that is not what delegates and APC stakeholders will consider when voting a candidate to fly the APC flag.

Anyone who views issues pragmatically will know Tinubu will win a free and fair APC primaries.

Primary elections especially of this kind are won by moneybags. Atiku and Wike of the PDP readily come to mind. On the other hand, the people and political interest determine the outcome of the general election. Political moneybags don't.

Let them now go and start sharing dollars to delegate so we can rest once and for all
