The only way a consensus is valid is if other candidates write letters saying theu are withdrawing from the race. If theu don't, then there will be a primary. Parties can't impose candidates

How...when all the candidates have signed the withdrawal form? Except some didn't then it would be unofficial

The likes of Fayose and Momodu was in Pdp presidential primary yet they received no votes. That's unofficial stepping down

All APC presidential aspirants all signed the form 08 which automatically allows the APC NWC to withdraw the application of any aspirant and adopt a Consensus candidate without being sued in court
Any one who refused to sign the form 08, would have disqualified during the screening and even his nomination form would have being rejected during submission.
