There are professional conducts that are expected of Nations whose airforce are flying over international airspace, especially when other Nations are also flying in the same vicinity at the same time. What China did can cause an air mishap likely resulting in deaths of pilots of both countries.

Canada wasn't even in North korea, they were in Japan enforcing sanctions against North Korea assigned by the UN. and Chinese jets had a close encounter with them. If you read what caused the first and second world war stories, you will understand that whether anyone likes it or not, there must be a sort of controlling force over rogue nations. You may criticize the UN for failing in some instances, that is agreeable but one sure thing is that without that UN, we most probably would have had at least another 2 world wars.
