What should worry every discerning mind should be, what made the Northern Governors just suddenly form a consensus and throw massive support for Tinubu. This was the same Tinubu that came out red a day before and made utterances that many of them considered provocative. This is the same Tinubu that Buhari’s camp vehemently refused to support. The same Tinubu that his Homebase was divided. And from nowhere, we saw a clamor that was massive, desperate, and fierce for Tinubu from the same North that he told they think only them own the Presidency.
If I were the Yorubas, I will take a step back and look again at this Greek gift. If you don’t know, hear it now. With Obi making inroads across boundaries, the North did not want to take chances. They considered giving Lawan the ticket meant choking their chances. They worked out their last-minute Strategy:
1. Remove competition for Atiku in the North and Make the South the Battlefield. That way, they return to Power through Atiku.
2. If by Chance APC muscles its way to Presidency through their mechanisms, they have to play the Yaradua card as payback to What OBJ did to them. They anticipate some kind of “come-back” through the back door.
So, while you are here arguing like it is an Arsenal/ManU competition, it is your destiny they have placed on the Chessboard. Better be wise and give them the right uppercut. If you have a head, you will understand what I mean.

The excitement is high and will make it difficult for many to reason. Reasoning is a luxury in the college of bunkums

Not necessary

If the North had sat back to do introspection in the case of Ya'radua, they would have said, "hold on", keep it for now. If they had not been desperate to push GEJ out, they would have seen it that PMB is not the right person to take their precious slot.

Those who fail to study history are doomed to make the same costly mistakes of History. See history repeating itself again in our eyes.

Yes indeed, Yorubas are great people, but let me ask, are you one of them?

Nothing like Greek gift!! Keep that bullshit to urself!! Us northerners are wired and configurated to cherish and adorn honesty in all our dealings.. from tomato seller, shie shinner etc we are honest and loyal to those that deserve it

Thats why it was duty bound for the governors to have supported Tinubu considering the sacrifice he did in enthroning Buhari in 2015 and we shall do it again in 2023 for Tinubu

My dear, that cliché is stale. Tell that to the gullible, infact tell that to Wike who fought for Tambuwal. Tell that to Amechi who has before an outcast in his place because of Buhari. Tell that to Osibanjo whom you lured out to contest just to rubbish against his leader just to rubbish him at the end. Tell that to Rochas who is seen as efulefu in Igboland today because he stood with you and you gave him a bitter pill.

I am happy the North keeps making themselves known better every other day and trust me, you have exhausted your trick. Even this your "smart maneuver" with Tinibu willl not fly, the change has come, if you stand on it's way, God help you.

Again, let the Yoruba ask why did they quickly switch to him after they has tried severally to seduce GEJ. It was a desperate last option. One thing about such desperate and hurry decision is that it will always fail.

In any case, this is a call to consciousness for those that do not know, I am happy that even many Yorubas know this already. We are waiting, let the game begin

Dude, stop highlighting Yoruba in this your advisory. Tinubu is a APC politician, quite different from Yoruba politics.

Yoruba politics is pursuing nationhood for Yoruba.

Politician Tinubu is pursuing presidency for himself, not for Yoruba.

Please distinguish and separate the two, no need to harass Yoruba when you mean to pound Tinubu.

I hear you clearly, I was just flagging something I feel those who should be concerned take note and be informed. At the end, it will rub off on every Nigerian, not only on the Yorubas. One may thing I am cooking an ethnic biff, no. This is the mechanization of the few persons in this country who feel Nigeria is a large Chess board and they enjoy themselves playing it while we feel the pepper. The only way to frustrate them is to make sure their permutation fails. That is the main reason I am flagging this.

Some characters feel that this is about ethnic pride, very funny. The guys from Kastina State today I am worse of. The people of Bayelsa are not better than other, say way OGJ's presidency did not make Ogun State people better than others. At the end, it is only the teeth of regular Nigerians that will gnash. Let's be wise.
