data is inserted into mysql table in this form

age | 4 | 5 | 6
skil | good | fair | excel

but i want it transoose from horizontal to be vertical like so

age | skil
4 | good
5 | fair
6 | excel

Question is how do i use php and do the above conversion.

You will pivot the table...this is quite easy to do in sql
