So, this is going to be a long read as I will try to give account of all that happened in the past 5months.

I had a business I needed funds to support... Ready to wear Ankara, so I collected a total of 30k from Lcredit in January. Mind you, before this, a friend introduced me to the App; I collected money for him in which he repaid back on due date and that was how my credit limit with them increased to 50k. By the end of the 2wks, I didn't have their complete money, so I was able to borrow from them to add what I had to repay, then credit limit was increased. Now, the Ankara I spent money on, I couldn't ship them overseas 'cause shipping was too high. I decided to sell them at giveaway prices to be able to get my money and pay the loan app. It expired again by the end of January, I didn't have everything to give them, so I paid what I had then borrowed from them to complete. My loan increased and credit limit was increased. By the end of January, I was owing them 50k aside the monies I had put inside. It got to the point that every week, I put nothing less than 15k in the app and it's as if I had not put anything. Then I joined contribution, 5k a week, collected 40k, put the money in it and after 2wks, I realized I was owing them 80k. Sold most of clothes, added money and put in the app and I was still owing them more money. Then when It expired and I couldn't withdraw from them, I added other loan apps like Branch, newcredit, cashcredit, Opay app, xcredit... I borrowed from these ppl to escape that loan and nothing. I was trapped....

Now, I have a side hustle that guarantees me 8-10k a week. In the past 5months, those monies plus others I get goes into the loan servicing. Especially, Lcredit loans. I came on here and read where ppl said Branch is registered... So I decided not to make a repayment of N28,800 to them because I heard I could owe them and pay when I have. I have been owing them for 3months and will pay them when I can.

Cashcredit gave me N9,000 to pay back N13,892 thereabouts, on Sunday, I transferred N8,000 to them. I won't pay the balance.

Lcredit app, my loan was increased to over N190,000....I am owing them N130,000 irrespective of all the payments I made to them. I told them I don't owe them and my conscience is free. I could've withdrawn the extra cash I'm allowed to owe, but I am not a thief.

The other Apps, I am owing them about 20k. That's 40k.

Before the laons were due again, I went to my settings and denied them access I granted then uninstalled all of them. Called my closest friends and boyfriend and explained to them and they all agreed that I shouldn't make any payments to them.

Those 30k agents have been calling to insult me, but I told them I would be sueing them if they're not careful. They're contravening Nigerian laws but claim I am the criminal.

Now, who knows how I can track am agent's number? I need to make a scape goat of one person.

If I had known better, I won't have. I know how much I have lost to them. It's crazy.

I later realized that they don't have my pictures, or that they didn't save my contacts because no one has told me they called other than the people I used as guarantors. cheesy

Anyway, I have informed those who matter and they're strongly behind my decision not to pay. They can't break my relationships. cheesy

I will only pay Branch because they're good.

I knew about Branch late. If I had known, I would have used them. Because of their patience with me, I have vowed to pay them even if I pay twice.

I told the other ones to go to hell. I won't pay a penny again.

You can't pay back 30 or 40k but you want to sue? With which money pls? You think it's free to pursue legal matters? As you mentioned boyfriend and close friends, I was hoping you would say they'd pay for you... Guess birds of a feather truly flock together
