Please help. I got a new umidigi a11 because of my budget, I have been phone less for 2month so I finally got a new phone @57k. I checked the phone review on YouTube before going for it. Now if I power off the phone it will not boot beyond the name and it will go blank until reset it in factory reset, any solution or should I return the phone, got it from jumia, am considering the stress of returning it plus the phone works perfectly until it goes off.

Don't be afraid of returning it since it isn't up to 7 days. Explain the issues you're facing with the phone properly. It has a problem from the factory.
They'll refund you. It's called warranty

When they refund you, buy an old flagship you can afford, like Samsung S9. You'll enjoy it better than Tecno, infinix, umidigi and even Xiaomi phones of same price. Talking from experience.

You can factory reset and start afresh but the problem might reoccur because the memory used in the phone is wack. Those phones are best used as toys for kids. Don't cheap out bro. Better to save more and buy quality phones than these chinesium craps that can fail anytime.
